    <description>&lt;P&gt;I read here in a thread that some of you use this type of squash for baking... IS this true..??? That would be wonderful news... I wasn't sure if you could do that... do you use it just like the zucchini... in breads, cakes and cupcakes..&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Please advise.. I have a ton of this in the garden-- please don't even ask why...I am not sure myself&lt;/P&gt;</description>
