Everyone can make their own.

Ziploc Omelet

2 eggs

Cheese

ham

onion

green pepper

tomato

hash browns

salsa

crisp cooked bacon

OR****Whatever filling you like in your omelet.*****

This really does work well!. ...Crack the 2 eggs in a quart size ziploc bag. Squish the eggs to break them. Then shake bag to mix. Add whatever fillings you like. Shake bag again. Make SURE you let out all the air out of the bag. Place the bag in a pot of ROLLING BOILING water for exactly 13 minutes. You can usually cook 6-8 omelets in a LARGE pot. Open bags and the omelete will roll out easily.

***I like this served with fresh fruit****
