    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Marmalade Wings&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;15 whole chicken wings (about 3 lbs)&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 cup soy sauce&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 cup orange marmalade&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;3 garlic gloves, minced&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 tsp ground ginger&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1/4 tsp pepper&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Directions&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Cut chicken wings into 3 sections; discard wing tips. In a small bowl combine soy sauce, marmalade, garlic, ginger and pepper. Cover and refrigerate 1/2 cup marinade for basting.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Place remaining marinade in a large resealable plastic bag. Add wing sections and toss to coat. Place in refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Drain and discard the marinade. Place in a greased 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Bake uncovered at 350 for 15 minutes.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Baste with a third of the reserved marinade and bake for an additional 15 minutes.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Baste one last time with remaining marinade and continue to bake for 10-20 minutes or until juices run clear.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;This recipe is courtesy of TOH.
