    <description>&lt;P&gt;Well, the QVC rib roast was delish.  BUT taking it out of the oven at 135 after an hour and 30 minutes produced a fairly well done roast. I didn't want it runny red, just very very pink.  I need to remember that for next year!  What temp did you find worked the best?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
