Spread mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350* for about 20 minutes.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;SECOND LAYER:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;2 eggs&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 cup brown sugar&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 1/2 cups coconut&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 cup nuts...chopped&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;2 tablespoons flour&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1/2 teaspoon baking powder&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1/2 teaspoon vanilla&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1/4 teaspoon salt&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Beat eggs. Add sugar, coconut, nuts, baking powder, vanilla and salt. Spread over baked mixture and bake 20 minutes more. While still warm, spread 3rd layer on top.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;THIRD LAYER:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 cup powdered sugar&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 tablespoon melted butter&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;juice &amp;amp; "zest" (rind) of 1 lemon&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Mix together and spread over "warm" 2nd layer. Put in refrigerator and chill. Cut in squares.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
