topic Meatloaf made with leftovers! in Recipes

Tonight I was in the mood for meatloaf so I defrosted the hamburger and when I got ready to make it I felt guilty about the various leftovers still waiting in the refrigerator.

I decided to invent so I chopped spaghetti, sauce and all, cooked cabbage, 5 roasted tomato slices with onions& peppers, 2 eggs and about 3/4 cup of milk. I chopped all the leftovers up with a hand held scissor gizmo ( from Q years ago) added the meat, eggs and milk.

Formed it into 2 loaves and baked for an hour at 350. I would normally use bread crumbs, but the leftover spaghetti seemed wasteful! The meatloaf was a real hit! DH will take a cold sandwich to work tomorrow and the other cooked loaf went into the freezer for some night when I don't feel like cooking.

Voila! No leftovers left!
