    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the recipe Britbrit! I for one can't eat the so-called "healthy, low-fat" recipes. I have to eat low-carb with lots of protein and lots of healthy fats. In my case your recipe is good for me except I will use squash instead of pasta and see how it turns out. No grain for me!&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I know lots of people follow the low-fat mantra but many of us have found it makes our blood sugar and cholesterol higher than if we eat high-fat and protein diets.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Boil the noodles and while they are boiling mix up the cream cheese, sour cream and ricotta cheese!! Make sure that it is mixed up VERY well! Then cook the meat. Make sure its good and brown and drain it!&lt;BR /&gt; Then pour your spaghetti sauce over it! Take a few slices of your butter and put them in the bottom of your casserole dish, then layer HALF of the noodles in the bottom of the dish! Pour that nicely mixed up creamy mixture on top of the noodles. and SPREAD it all over! Then add the rest of your noodles and put a few slices of butter on top of those noodles. Now pour the red sauce and meat on top! Once again SPREAD. Now place that awesome casserole in your oven for 30 minutes! After those 30 minutes take the dish out and pour some cheddar cheese on the top and put it back in the oven for 15 minutes! Then your DONE!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Sounds like an easier to prepare lasagna since the layering would be easier......I will try it next week.......would it work with ""cut spaghetti"" pasta? I have several boxes of the cut pasta and never know which pasta recipe would be good with it.....thanks for the recipe.....</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for posting this Brit!  It sounds delicious! I have saved it and look forward to trying it!&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;EM&gt;I don't understand all the "not good for you "comments,  It didn't say "Healthy" Spaghetti Bake. I wish people would just move on when they don't like a post instead of trying to hurt someone's feelings and telling others(all of us grown) what to do. That's why I only have 905 posts since 2005.
