    <description>&lt;P&gt;I just ran across this recipe in my mom's old Searchlight cookbook and thought what a nice idea it is for a dinner party or even Thanksgiving.  I'd want to season the wild rice somewhat, maybe add a little butter, nuts., etc.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Wild Rice Timbales&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt; Wash rice.  Cover with cold water.  Soak 1 hour.  Steam until tender.  Add butter, salt, and pepper to taste.&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt; Shape in small buttered molds.&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt; Place 1 teaspoonful of currant jelly on each timbale.  Garnish with chopped parsley.&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt; If desired, brown rice may be substituted for wild rice.&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt; p 278&lt;BR /&gt; Searchlight Recipe Book&lt;/P&gt;</description>
