It's a recipe that my aunt's best friend used to make weekly, sometimes even more. So thought I'd post it incase any one may want to try it. Seems so simple, but sometimes they're the good ones.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN lang="EN" lang="EN"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;JANET'S CHICKEN&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;2 chicken breasts (boneless)&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;2 Tbsp Mayo&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Italian seasoned bread crumbs&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Preheat oven to 425 degrees.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Place chicken in baking dish.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Mix the Mayo and Parmesan cheese together, spread over the chicken.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Sprinkle the Italian bread crumbs over the chicken.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Bake for 25 minutes at 425 degrees.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
