Meatloaf with balsamic

Does anyone have the recipe for the meatloaf with balsamic Meredith was talking about on Wednesday night on "In the Kitchen with David" show.

I caught a quick glimpse of the page when they showed it and was able to read the ingredients in the sauce....tomatoes, honey and balsamic were the three ingredients. Approx. 14.5 oz of tomatoes, 1Tablespoon of honey and bals...but please don't quote me on those ratios! They showed it so fast!

I couldn't see the meat ingredients.

Hopefully when someone receives their TSV they will share the recipe with us! I am looking for it too! We will see if it deserved the 2 helpings David ate! LOL

Which cookbook was this in? I sort of gave up on David because of all the antics. But when I did tune in for a few minutes a couple times the other night, he was just fine, especially with Meredith. Guess I will have to give him another chance, I sure miss spiffing up my kitchen items every few months.

It is in the cookbook & manual that comes with the TSV Microwave pressure cooker from the other day.

Not sure if Meredith had it posted anywhere else....

Thank you that is the one I do not have that pressure cooker but I am sure I can still cook it in the oven. Thanks again

I didn't get the pressure cooker either but I am sure I can convert these recipes to traditional methods.
