Hello! I am looking at the recipes by Laura Wethers listed under celebrity hosts. The ones that she uses for a food processor do not give the size food processor needed. Would I be able to put al the ingredients listed in any recipe she has in the 9 cup processor by KitchenaAid? I am new to using a processor so I want to make sure that the machine would do its job w/o getting jammed.

How do you like your kitchen aid processor? I'm beginning to realize I need one as I'm cooking much more than I used too and I want to be more efficient in the kitchen. Does it do the job? Is it hard to clean? Is it worth buying?

Usually, the instructions for a particular food processor include

recipes with suitable quantities. If you have the manual that accompanies

your food processor, you should be able to tell about the quantities.

The most important quantity I can think of in this regard is the amount

of flour used in bread recipes. Laura's recipes, iow, should correspond

to the product she is demonstrating. Are you able to make that connection?
