I make it now for my family, and they love it as well.&lt;IMG src="https://community.qvc.com/DesktopModules/ExactTarget/Controls/TextEditor/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img/001_smile.gif" alt="Smile" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;6 T butter&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1/2 cup all-purpose flour&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;4 eggs&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;2 cups milk&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;3/4 cup sugar&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;pinch of salt&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1-1/2 tsp vanilla&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 cup coconut&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Mix all in blender for 45 seconds.  Pour into 9 or 10", generously buttered pie pan. I like to sprinkle an additional coconut on top before baking!&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Bake @ 350  45-50 minutes, or until knife comes out clean.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
