Beside that fact (which I think is crazy) I would love to be able to duplicate it. I know it is a no bake. I have tried all the simple ones with the cream cheese and lemon juice. Just not it. It is real fluffy and has the most awesome creamy taste. I was even thinking it might use Knox unflavored gelatin. It is topped with a can of Cherry Pie Filling.
