LorAnn Bakery Emulsion&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;1 bag blue raspberry flavored marshamallows&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;1 container Cool Whip vanilla frosting (This is NOT regular Cool Whip - it's frosting and is right next to the Cool Whip)&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Decorations as desired.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Directions:&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Sift the cake mix, then proceed according to the instructions on the box, except substitute an equal amount of milk for the water and add the LorAnn emulsion. (You can substitute vanilla extract in a pinch.) &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;As soon as you remove the cupcake pans from the oven, place them on a rack and immediately cut a 1/2" deep="" hole="" in="" the="" top="" of="" each="" one="" /> </P><P>When the cupcakes are totally cool, frost and decorate.
