We like to have scrambled eggs with ham (sautéed before adding the eggs) and home fries. We also like to make breakfast sandwiches ( scrambled eggs and ham with cheese on a bun). Every so often DH will make blueberry pancakes for dinner.

We eat breakfast for dinner probably twice a month. Usually eggs, potatoes, meat. Or pancakes, sausage and fruit. I make egg bites often, and have them any time of day. Usually make 12-18 at a time. Eggs, peppers, onions and chopped meat in mini muffin pans. 2-3 with some fruit make a perfect meal for me.

@781Florist We can still get egg mcmuffins here 2/$5. So we treat ourselves once in a while. Its been a special, but seems like it hasnt changed for a while.
