for a holiday brunch party on Monday, I plan to make a French toast bake. Found a pioneer woman recipe on Pinterest. She gives very detailed directions, extra tips. The thing she forgot to mention is oven temp. The casserole is brioche bread slices, covered with an egg mixture, to bake in a 9x13 dish for 45 min. Is it safe to assume 350 degrees?

Yes, 350 would be the right temperature. i have a taste of home recipe very similar. also, it said to remove pan from fridge a half hour before baking. (If made overnight)
