Perfect Gourmet dipping sauce that came with the Potstickers last year?

I was so disappointed that it wasn't included!

Any recipe? Can you believe I found it! Check below!

I stir all ingredients together in a bowl:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp water

1 tbsp melted butter

1 tbsp miso

1 tsp tomato paste

1/4 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp salt

cayenne pepper to taste

I like G Hughes brand bottled Yum Yum sauce if I'm feeling lazy.

I buy big bags of potstickers at the grocery store. I didn't like the included sauce so tried Melinda's Thai Sweet Chili Sauce, fell in love with it and now use it on virtually everything. It's a little zippy but not really hot and adds a lot of flavor to any meat. I get it at Walmart but it seems to ne widely available. It's not sweet and doesn't taste like chili.

I tried Sweet Chili sauce with soy added. Close but not really it!

Love Sweet Chili Sauce!

I tried the Potstickers (dumplings) at the grocery store but not good to me. Different brands are a bit different!

Trader Joe's has great pot stickers, chicken or pork.

Their Gyoza sauce is good too. If not nearby one sometimes Amazon or Walmart will carry the sauces.

Asian Dipping Sauce for Potstickers

1/2 Cup Sweet Chili Sauce

3 Tbsp Soy Sauce

3 Tbsp rice vinegar/ or apple cider vinegar

1 tsp toasted Sesame oil

2 tsp Maple Syrup

1 cl garlic minced fine

Mix well to combine flavors.

Pour into individual side dishes.

Garnish with sesame seed and sliced green onions

Cover and store in fridge. Enjoy!

Can be added....

1 tsp minced ginger

1/2 tsp Chinese 5 spice
