      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;Buffalo, here!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;Yes, it is ours.....along w/ Loganberry &amp;amp; chicken wings!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;Tops, Wegman's and several bakeries sell the rolls.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;You can also purchase Kimmelweck topping to add to your own rolls as Kimmelweck rolls are not something you can find in too many areas.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;Kimmelweck rolls are tricky ....they go stale very fast.&amp;nbsp; Must keep them in a paper bag but don't wait too long.....they get hard quickly.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;It's the salt and the caraway seeds that make this roll special.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;My vote for best in the area is Swiston's and Anderson's....not that anybody asked!&amp;nbsp; ha ha&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;They are always fresh, RB sliced per order and piled high!!!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;Usually, there is horseradish on the table to add if you like.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This recipe comes from&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;Cook's Country&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;cookbook:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 lb boneless eye-round roast&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5 tsp vegetable oil&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 tsp kosher salt&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 tsp pepper&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 tsp minced fresh thyme&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1/4 cup refrigerated prepared horseradish, drained&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jus:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 onion chopped&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 tsp vegetable oil&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 tsp cornstarch&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 1/2 cups beef broth&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 sprig fresh thyme&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cut roast in half lengthwise.&amp;nbsp; Rub each side with 1 tsp oil and sprinkle with 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, and 1 tsp thyme.&amp;nbsp; Tie with twine at 1" intervals.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cook roasts in 1 tbsp hot oil in skillet until browned on all sides.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Place skillet in 275 degree oven and roast until registering 130 degrees, 28-32 minutes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Transfer meat to carving board, tent loosely with foil for 1/2 hour.&amp;nbsp; Save pan drippings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jus:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Heat pan drippings and add onion and oil until onions are just soft.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Whisk cornstarch into broth and add to drippings.&amp;nbsp; Stir in thyme sprig and bring to boil.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reduce heat and simmer until reduced to half and slightly thickened.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Strain through fine-mesh strainer set over small saucepan.&amp;nbsp; Throw away solids.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Slice meat against grain as thin as possible.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Toss slices in bowl in 1/3 cup jus and horseradish.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
