I am trying to cook in my pressure cooker more--thinking to find 1 new recipe a week to try. So on Moms day, I tried one of my all time faves--salsibury steak with mushroom gravy--in it. Had mashed spuds and even fresh corn and found some beautiful raspberries to round out the meal. And........ my recipe for the salisbury steak is better. The burger ingredients were pretty good altho it used too much wash- your -sister ( worchest sauce) sauce in it and the gravy wasn't great . Have to admit--I use jarred gravy in my recipe--- but maybe it will be better today. Some things just need to meld together---and it took longer to prepare than my on the stove top recipe. But the corn was excellent--I do cook it in the pc all the time as most fresh veggies--green beans are AMAZING in the p/c. So I give the recipe 3 1/2 stars out of 5.

I have many recipes for the pressure cooker that I use over and over again. I used to have a food blog. If there are any certain recipes for which you're thinking of trying, please let me know, and I'll see if I have one for you.

My favorite dinners to make in an Instant Pot--well, DH's favorites that is--is Mississippi Roast and Indian butter chicken.
