She's invited me to the family get-together (this student and I had a very close relationship and she went to culinary school cuz of me and is now a chef!).</P> <P>It is a pot-luck and I am not certain my choice is a good one to bring...we have chickens so of course I have tons of eggs. I thought I could make either egg salad sandwiches (finger type) or 'baby' quiches if I can find the muffin tin recipe....LOL....</P> <P>Any thoughts? I know some people don't like eggs so I am not 100% sure this is an appropriate idea. I can keep both cool using ice packs under the aluminum trays.....</P> <P>Any &amp; all ideas will be helpful!
