I buy the potstickers from here--DD loves them and have to say, they are one of the very few things that actually taste really good. got the one bite sized ones this time--- Anyway DD and I love ramen--have a fave spot that we go to for it--however--it is very pricey but very good too. I found some dashi broth packets made from dried fish and mushrooms-- which is the base of the ramen soup--which you really need for a good bowl of ramen. We decided to make our own ramen bowls-- and boy did it turn out amazing. We added the bits and pieces of left over veg into it as well as a few added things like sesame oil and a touch of soy sauce, cooked up the noodles in it --also swirled in an egg then added a few of those potstickers---- it was hearty and flavorful and much less sodium and still had that yummy dashi broth. I used the noodles from a top ramen pack--would like to find baked ramen bricks instead of the ones that are deep fried. Delicious.
