      <description>I have used unsweetened applesauce to replace oil in baking and peanut butter instead of eggs in my mother's oatmeal, peanut butter, chocolate chip cookies.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please chime in and let us know if anyone tries the above substitutes just in case eggs become scarce for a time. ♥️</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I used the package of Bob's Red Mill egg substitute.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;TOTAL failure and not just once.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The packages are not inexpensive either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will try one of these if necessary.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We bake quite a bit and eggs are necessary at that time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
