That is absolutely my favorite omelette too! I typically make mine in a bundt pan or 9x13, but any way is just perfect.

Scrambled or fried with broken yolks cooked all the way through. I think I'm one of the few who can't stand runny yolks.

Yep, I prefer eggs as an ingredient, not stand alone, although I do like an occasional omelet with lots of cheese and fillings, but the eggs are just to hold together all the good stuff, so maybe that doesn't count as liking eggs, Lol.

@BlueFinch. That's how I feel about eggs too. Not a big fan unless flavor and texture are camouflaged.
