      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;This is the recipe I make. &amp;nbsp;I always double it. &amp;nbsp;Leftovers are wonderful.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I follow the recipe, but always cook the burger separately and drain the fat off before I mix it with the veggies. It's better that way.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I also just make mashed potatoes and don't follow the recipe for those. &amp;nbsp;You could use premade store bought &amp;nbsp;mashed if you want to...I never have though.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I often make this ahead of time and store in the fridge, then just pop it in the oven before dinner time.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;You can also freeze the leftovers. &amp;nbsp;Everyone who eats this, asks for the recipe&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://community.qvc.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/325676i64DD1113B47BA9CC/image-size/original?v=v2&amp;amp;px=-1" border="0" alt="IMG_2645.jpeg" title="IMG_2645.jpeg" /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
