      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had about 2 cups left over so here's what I made:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To the rice in a large pot I added the following-&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 15 oz. can diced tomatoes with chilies&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can drained black beans&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 cup frozen corn&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1/2 c. taco sauce&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;black pepper&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;drizzle of canola oil&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mixed and slowly heated all till hot and served with grilled pork steaks. Delish!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;One of my favorite kind of rice---&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Last night I fixed jasmine rice, poached salmon for a salmon bowl--got avos, cukes, fresh salad greens, sugar snap peas, green onions--put it in a bowl, then a squirt of kewpie mayo and some siracha on top. Was delicious!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
