      <title>Chick Pea Dip</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I tried this dip over the holidays and it was so good. It goes well with chips and raw vegetables.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;(1) 19 oz. Can of chick peas rinsed and drained.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; (2) garlic cloves chops and mashed to a paste with 1/2 teasp. salt&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;1/2 cup parsley&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; 1/4 cup water&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;(3) Tbs lemon juice&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;1/4 cup olive oil&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;In a blender or food processor blend all but the oil till smooth. Costco had a tasty hummus that I bought on a regular basis. My Costco no longer carries the brand. They only sell Kirkland brand, which I don't care for. Same with Sam's Club, they used to carry a few different brands and now they only carry Member's Mark with red pepper. No one else in the house will eat it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What I like about your recipe, is the portion and I can add different ingredients, if needed. It sounds like it is just what I have been looking for.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
