    <description>&lt;P&gt;Forgive my stupidity, but I've never heard of coconut vinegar...where do you find it?&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;My son served us kale when we visited him and I really enjoyed it.       <title>Kale recipe</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is how I do kale for my family.  It is very simple.  Remove the thick stem on the kale - put about 1 inch of water in the pan on the stove to get steaming and add the kale.  Let the kale steam till it starts to wilt - remove from stove and drain water - add a jigger - like you use for liquor - full of coconut vinegar and 2 jiggers of olive oil some garlic powder and salt to taste.  That is it.  It is delish!!!  You can adjust the vinegar and oil to your taste.  Enjoy!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Kale is very healthful. I get the huge bag of cut Kale at Wegmans, then add it to ravioli/soups before freezing. Then I freeze the whole bag.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
