    <description>&lt;P&gt;I found a recipe for baked pork chops but I want to make sure they are tender before I bake them in the oven.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;How would I tenderize them?  I can't add soup, etc., because of the recipe I will be using to bake them.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Please help if you can...thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
