My brothers have been to the Masters, and they remembered trying it. My SIL's asked for the recipe, so I guess it's a keeper. It was kind of boring&amp;nbsp;just after making it, but the next day it was very good. The same recipe is on many websites, so I don't know where to place the credit.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;The Masters’ Pimento Cheese Spread&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Ingredients&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;2 Cups freshly shredded sharp cheddar cheese&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;1 Cup freshly shredded Monterey Jack cheese&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;4 Oz cream cheese - room temp (I used Neufchatel)&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;1/2 Cup mayonnaise&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;1/4 Cup sour cream (my addition)&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;4 Oz diced pimentos - drained&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;1 Tbsp onion - grated&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;1/4 Tsp garlic powder&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;1/4 Tsp cayenne pepper (I used a bit more)&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;1/4 Tsp salt&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;1/4 Tsp pepper&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;It should sit overnight (covered) or at least 8 hours in the refrigerator.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
