    <description>&lt;P&gt;It's interesting...if you type in Blue Willow Inn mac and cheese, the Inn has a Face Book post with a recipe entirely different than this one. The FB recipe is not one I would make...it uses Cheese Whiz...which is not something I would use. Although, I have had great casseroles my stepmother made using Cheese Whiz....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The recipe&amp;nbsp; posted from op does have a lot of cheese and butter, but it also has a lot of pasta. 16 oz of dry pasta is a LOT of pasta. Ina Garten uses 20 ounces of cheese, per 16 oz of pasta,&amp;nbsp; in one of her mac and cheese recipes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I had the pleasure of lunching&amp;nbsp; at the Blue Willow Inn in Social Circle, Georgia, years ago.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Later I saw&amp;nbsp; (or think I saw) the Blue Willow Inn owner on QVC showing off dishes from the Inn's cookbook.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I'd say&amp;nbsp; that finding that cookbook now probably&amp;nbsp; would be something worth pursuing.&amp;nbsp; Just good old Southern cooking.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
