You could cook them in BBQ sauce. Or cut a pocket in them and stuff them with bread stuffing and bake. Some people cook them in canned mushroom soup.

I recently did this, seared the chops stovetop in oven proof pan like enamel cast iron, put them in oven for about 10 mins till 145°. Took them out put on plate covered w/foil and let rest. Took pan and sauteed sliced onions with olive oil, 2 tbs za'atar spice, Italian seasoning would be good too, half & half after sauteeing onions, 2 tbs butter and poured over and plated with pork.

Can't really go wrong with a pan cream sauce.

Many good ideas others have posted. Couple of ways I prepare listed below.

Simply grilled with salt and pepper.

Smothered in some sort of sauce, nd covered with mushrooms and onions if you like those veggies.

If you scroll down there are recipe for French Onion pork chops and Ranch pork chops that will give you an idea how long to cook and at what temp.

I personally brine my pork for 4-6 hours before I cook. 1/ 4 c salt & 1/4 c sugar to 8 cups of water. Scale down if you don't need 8 cups water to cover pork chops. Pull out of brine and pat dry 30 minutes before cooking and allow to get to room temp prior to cooking,

I actually prefer to get bone in pork chops. But either way, I often just season them to my liking and then cook them in the air fryer at 400 degrees. Takes about 7 or 8 minutes on the first side, and a bit less on the other side. May need to increase the time for really thick chops. They always come out juicy

I also will cut the boneless pork chops into thin strips and toss them in a bowl with some cornstarch, soy sauce and about a tablespoon of Chinese wine. Let them sit while I cut up the rest of the veggies for a stir fry. For my sauce I use 2-3 tablespoons of low sodium soy sauce, 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and a some garlic chili paste if I want a little spice. I also add a splash of sesame oil. Sometimes I use noodles and make the stir fry with the pork, veggies and noodles. It is really good. I finish it with a splash of sesame oil, green oinions and some toasted seame seeds.

Easy-No Mess-Tender Pork Chops....I think I got this recipe here a long time ago. I usually like bone in chops but this recipe works with either type.

4 pork chops

1 tablespoon lemon-pepper seasoning

8 tablespoons of butter (or less)

8 tablespoons olive oil

4 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Tear off a generous square of aluminum foil for each pork chop, enough to wrap and seal completely. Coat both sides of each chop with lemon pepper seasoning. Put 1 tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon olive oil in middle of each square of foil. Put the peppered chops on top of butter and oil. Then put another tablespoon of butter and olive oil on top of each. Add one teaspoon of Worcestershire Sauce over top of each chop. Wrap chop tightly and place on middle rack of oven. Bake for 35 minutes. (Place chops on baking pan or dish in case packages leak.)

*** I don't think this recipe has to be exact. Sometimes I only put one tablespoon of butter on chop or I split the tablespoon for less butter. I have also baked at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes.

Pound cutlets with a meat mallet or the back of a heavy saucepan, until 1/4" to 1/8" thick.

Set up three bowls. In the first combine 1/3 cup flour, 1 Tbsp garlic salt, 1/2 tsp paprika and 1/2 tsp pepper. In the second, use a fork to beat 3 eggs. In the third bowl, add 2 cups panko crumbs.

Dredge both sides of each pounded cutlet in flour then dip in beaten egg letting excess egg drip back into the bowl before breading in panko crumbs. It helps to use a fork for the dipping process to keep your hands clean. Repeat with remaining cutlets.

Once all cutlets are breaded, heat a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add enough oil to cover the bottom of the pan. Once oil is hot, add breaded cutlets a few at a time and sauté 3-4 min per side or until cooked through. Reduce heat if browning too quickly. Remove to paper towel lined plate. Cut into one to check doneness - juices should run clear. Serve with lemon wedges, or ranch for children.

I season them with garlic salt and pepper, then brown them for about 5 minutes on each side. Slice a large onion and place the slices on top of the chops, then add about an inch of water to the pan. Cover, reduce heat to medium and cook for about 30 minutes. Yummy!

Pork chops in the slow cooker or crock pot are always fork tender. Place the chops in the slow cooker, season with salt/pepper/garlic powder, sprinkle Lipton dry onion soup over the top of them; mix cream of mushroom soup with 1/4 cup water and pour over everything. Cook on high for 1 hour and then turn to low for about 3 hours or until fork tender. Serve the "gravy" over egg noodles, baked potatoes, or mashed potatoes, and over the pork chops as well.

I make thick boneless pork chops somewhat regularly. I season them with a homemade dry rub and grill them in my Ninja.
