Cheddar Cheese Powder?

I bought a can from Amazon to make DH mac and cheese. It sounded like such a good idea, now I need some other uses for this stuff. Simple, please.

Great on popcorn. I give the popcorn a couple of spritzes of butter Pam first so it'll stick. I put it in a shaker and sprinkle it on

I have some that I sprinkle on popcorn. How about cauliflower and broccoli. Baked potatoes too. And if you airfry frozen fries , put that on them as well.

I buy the shakers of various cheese powders at Aldi. I like to shake cheese powder in my cornbread batter instead of real shredded cheese.

My sharp cheddar real cheese is 110 calories for a 1" cube, one ounce. The powder is 70 calories for 2 Tbls. I just opened it, it's very fine, like cake flour. The taste is fantastic. I was convinced to buy it becaue it was originally marketed as King Arthur. I'm not a baker, but I know that company has an excellent reputation. Friday night is popcorn night, so cheese popcorn it is ! What would I do without this board?

I buy the Hoosier Hill Farm brand of cheddar cheese powder at Amazon. It makes everything I add it to taste better.

@depglass A little of that powder goes a long way. Two Tbsp would choke a horse.
