The one I always make and have been for a long time is a 'summer' recipe due to using locally grown sweet corn and tomatoes - it's spicy grilled shrimp with a corn, tomato avocado salsa that I serve in martini glasses. The taste is excellent and presentation is impressive.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My crock pot meals are probably the most popular &amp;amp; my homemade chicken soup&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It sounds good - my SIL might like it.&amp;nbsp; I would leave out the jalapenos, however. And, I don't have a food processor but suppose my blender could stand in, as it often does.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I make my SIL's recipe for Feta Dip:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 1/2 tsp lemon juice&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1/4 tsp minced garlic&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1/2 lb cow's-milk feta&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3 tbsp milk&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1/2 tsp dried oregano&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Stir together lemon juice and garlic in dish.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Break feta into small pieces in bowl.&amp;nbsp; Cover with water and swirl bowl to rinse.&amp;nbsp; Strain out liquid.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mix drained feta, milk, and lemon juice/garlic in food processor until thick and creamy.&amp;nbsp; Drizzle in olive oil and process until thinned and creamy.&amp;nbsp; Pulse in oregano.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
