Toss with oil. Cover with foil.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Bake for 20 minutes.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Lots of sugar in the yams and apples. I do not think it is that healthy. Of course that depends on your def of healthy.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dried fruit has a lot of sugar.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
