      <title>Rice Salad</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;This isn't so much a recipe as a " throw together ." &amp;nbsp;I always have Ben's ready rice brown rice so I nuked 2 bags and cooled &amp;nbsp;them in the fridg. When the rice cooled off, I added chopped celery and carrots, garbanzo beans, chopped cooked chicken breast , chopped walnuts, and a few dried cranberries. Then I dressed it with vinaigrette. It is really good, and just a result of clearing out the fridg. and pantry. I'm looking forward to lunch. 😋&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
