Anyone want to share a good, tasty and moist recipe for pork chops. Regardless of how I cook them, they turn out dry and tasteless. Wish today's pork was a tad fattier like in the good old days. Today, those pigs are too lean.

I love pork chops! I buy the thick boneless loin chops from Costco, season them with a homemade dry rub, and grill them in my ninja? I dip mine in SF barbecue sauce, DH doesn't.

I've shared the recipe for the dry rub so yiu can use the search feature, if you're interested.

An excellent recipe is GIADA'S PARMESAN PORK CHOPS. Easy, moist and delicious. You press shredded Parmesan on both sides of chops, dip in beaten egg, then breadcrumbs and fry about 6-7 mins per side depending on thickness (in olive oil).
I mix Italian breadcrumbs with Panko. I also add garlic powder and Italian seasoning to the breadcrumbs. This dish is in my rotation. I just made it the end of last week.
Serve with a lemon wedge. Yummmm.

I buy thick, meaty slices so they are really tasty. And I use sliced pineapple (not crushed) and the juice. Add some cloves, raisins, onions, other spices (varies upon whim!), and bell peppers (toward the end). The pork chops are tender and falling off the bone delicious with the hint of a citrus flavor!

NOTE: If I don't have any pineapple, I'll core and slice up apples and use some apple juice instead (always have some handy in the refrigerator).

Well, I'm not a cook like you guys, but I've recently given my recipe on the forums. It's easy, quite simple and better yet it works! So, here it is:

I quickly litely brown the THIN chops and remove from pan. Then put in sliced peppers and onion (I omit the onion 'cause my furbaby can't eat them) and saute with a little oil in same pan.

Then add the chops back along with two cans (for four chops) of Campbells Old Fashioned tomato rice soup along with about a half of can of water. Cover the pan and stick it in the pre-heated 300* oven for one and a half hours. When done, the bones have usually come off so I pull them out and serve alongside of homemade mashed potatoes (my furbaby doesn't like the pre-made kind) and green beans (canned, it's simple).

It probably doesn't sound that good, but it's really yummy. Everyone I serve it to seems to really like it. The chops are fork-tender. It's easy and cheap: if you give it a try, I hope you enjoy!

Have a nice day!

I use thick-cut, boneless pork chops.

Score the fat on the sides of the chops and use a Deni tenderizer to break down the meat/muscle fibers. If you don't have a Deni, a fork will work.

Season with garlic salt and freshly ground pepper, then sauté in a little oil for 5 minutes per side to brown.

Top the chops with onion slices, then pour in about an inch of water (maybe a little less, depending on the thickness of your chops).

Cover, bring to a boil then cook on medium heat for 30 minutes. Add a little more water, if it's evaporating too much.

We like them with the cooked onions, applesauce and steamed broccoli.
