It is very good! Too bad I did not see Rachel Ray's program on it. I 'll check her website for recipe. Thanks!

I make notes a lot on recipes online but don't always note where it was from....and don't print out each one. I just quickly hand write notes to myself. So, today I decided to fix one of those "note recipes". It was a Chiicken recipe....easy......3 chicken breasts topped by red potatoes...quartered...top by fresh green beans.....drizzled with olive oil or butter...and sprinkled with Italian Seasoning....cover and bake at 350 for one hour....Very Good! If this rings a bell here....thank you!

This recipe or something very similar has been all over Facebook. I made it one time but don't remember the Italian seasoning sprinkled over. I think that would be a very good addition to the dish I made.

Oh my gosh, DiamondGirly, thank you...that is it....and I was the first to respond...my DIL fixed it last year when we visited them.....but I don't think I wrote it down from her but on here. Anyway....thank you for solving the mystery in my brain! It is very good and I fixed it this way....thought it was Italian dressing mix but used Italian seasoning. Very Good! Thanks for response.

That looks similar to a Rachael Ray meal wrapped & baked in a parchment pouch. I think she called it something like chicken in a bag. She did another one kind of like it using fish, only different veggies & seasonings.
