    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/98237"&gt;@Tique&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;Yes, I cook beef and pork roasts from frozen quite often. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;Depending on the size of the roast, I may or may not be able to brown it on all sides before cooking under pressure. &amp;nbsp; I usually cook on high for 45-60 minutes, reduce pressure, check the level of doneness and most of the time cook for another 15-20 minutes to get the level of tenderness I'm looking for. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://www.freshdirect.com/media/images/product/meat_2/mea_pid_3330135_z.jpg?lastModify=2017-05-08" border="0" alt="Order 100% Grass-Fed Local Bottom Round Rump Roast | Fast Delivery" width="133" height="131" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Since we may get a little snow flurry and I needed to use some "good buys" out of the freezer I pulled out a bottom round roast.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;In the crock pot, I put the roast with the fat trimmed off, fresh carrot sticks, onion wedges, Worcestershire&amp;nbsp;sauce, a can of beef broth, and a splash of red wine.&amp;nbsp; I didn't put fresh mushrooms because I use them quite a bit.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I'll have a green veggie and some mashed potatoes with sour cream instead of milk so the leftover potatoes won't be "starchy and mealy".&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I may turn the leftovers in a few days into barbecue&amp;nbsp;in the crock pot.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cook mine in the crockpot on low all day.&amp;nbsp; I have even cooked it over night to have it done before I leave for work.&amp;nbsp; I don't like to leave the crockpot on when no one is home.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I used to brown on all sides, before putting it in the crockpot.&amp;nbsp; I thnk most people do that and I understand the bits and the carameling is tasty.&amp;nbsp; But one time I FORGOT!&amp;nbsp; and honestly, I didn't think the flavor was off..&amp;nbsp; So now I skip that part.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I season it up with salt &amp;amp; pepper, add water or stock, worchestshire sauce or red wine, some herbs. Just let it go... 6 hours or so it's done.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I usually make the vegetables separate (green beans or salad) or I put them (carrots) in for a couple hours before meal time.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I don't like the potatoes made with the roast.&amp;nbsp; I boil and mash them.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Half the time I make gravy, the other half I serve it au juis.&amp;nbsp; Depends on how lazy I am.&amp;nbsp; LOL.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think this type of meal is hard to mess up but people really enjoy it.&amp;nbsp; It seems more complicated than it is.&amp;nbsp; the slow and low method makes the meat fall part..... great for sammies or putting over rice or noodles the next day.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Thanks in advance.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/98237"&gt;@Tique&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;A guy at work said they cooked a frozen roast (don't remembe what kind) all day covered in the oven at either 275 or 300 degrees--somewhere in that range. &amp;nbsp;I remember doing one and it was great.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My mother never made a pot roast in her life. &amp;nbsp;She wrapped roasts tightly in foil with sometimes no more than 1/2 cup of water, put them in an old granite roaster and depending on the roast put maybe a 1/2 cup of water or tomato juice, and cooked them in the oven low and slow. &amp;nbsp;Although a rib roast was roasted uncovered.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As far as time and temperature, for reference: &amp;nbsp;If you are a bbq'er you can get a big old brisket real tender and full of juice smokin' her at 225 degrees until she gives up (you gotta cook 'er 'til she gives up!)! &amp;nbsp;Sometimes it takes 14 hours for a big one but wow are they good!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
