    <description>&lt;P&gt;Pressure cooker for me.&amp;nbsp; In fact, it's almost the only thing I cook in that little thing.&amp;nbsp; Plunge in cold water afterwards.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried the putting in cold water and then the refrigerator after just boiling them, and they end up looking like they had a bad case of acne growing up after I try to peel them.&amp;nbsp; Still taste good, but look awful.&amp;nbsp; Guess that means more for me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I watched The Kitchen on Food Network last weekend, and discovered a way to cook hard boiled eggs and have them peel easily.&amp;nbsp; I always have so much trouble no matter what method of cooking I have tried, but decided to give this a try.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil, then put an egg in a ladle and lower it into the water.&amp;nbsp; When all are in, turn heat down to a low boil&amp;nbsp;for ten minutes, then drain and when cool enough to handle, peel them&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I was amazed last night that every single egg peeled instantly.&amp;nbsp; I had never heard of this method, but Katy mentioned it as she was preparing lemon caper stuffed eggs, I am forever grateful.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I cool hard boiled eggs in a bowl of cold water.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Then, when cooled, I refrigerate.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;When it's time to peel them, I peel them in a bowl of cold water.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;The peels easily peel away in the cold water.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Been doing this for years, and, so far, so good.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;But, thanks for this new tip (for me).&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I love the egg cooker that I got on QVC. I bought one for my son when he was going to college thinking it was just a gadget. But he just raved about it, so I bought one for myself. The best gadget ever!! It steams the eggs and then I put them in ice water for a few minutes. Bang a teaspoon all over the eggs and the eggs peel like a dream.</description>

My favorite method is in an Instant Pot or a steamer. But then, you might get some that are cracked, so not for eggs you are getting ready to color. I will try this method next time and let you know how I did.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have never been able to find a method that works (for me) for boiling eggs. Always felt like I was guessing. My little Krups egg cooker is the best gadget ever! It only cooks six eggs at at time and I have to let it cool 20 min prior to the next batch, but I love it!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Some peel beautifully while others may take half the egg white with the shell.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#800080"&gt;Here's what I do - drain the hot water, fill pot with cold to end the cooking. Drain and put the four or so in the fridge. I eat a hard boiled egg every morning. I'll tap to crack the shell in a couple of places, put it in a cup of really hot water to warm it up as I don't like to eat cold eggs. Let the hot water get under the shell, then I usually have better luck peeling it.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
