      <title>Easy Roasted Mushrooms</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I love mushrooms!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;INGREDIENTS&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;a pound of mushrooms&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5 garlic cloves, minced&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 tblsp. oil (vegetable)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 tblsp soy sauce (dark)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 tsp balsamic vinaigrette – – (optional)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;season with salt and pepper to taste&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;fresh herbs in a handful&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;DIRECTIONS&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stem’s margins.Put them in a big mixing bowl.&lt;BR /&gt;Toss the mushrooms with the garlic, vegetable oil, dark soy sauce, and balsamic vinegar until they are thoroughly coated.&lt;BR /&gt;Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees F, or until golden brown.&lt;BR /&gt;Season to taste with salt and pepper, then top with fresh herbs. Serve right now or save for later.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
