Does anyone have a recipe for clotted cream using ultra pasturized cream, can't find

any whipping cream that isnt ultra pasturized.

I haven't tried this recipe yet, but I do use a lot of her other recipes. It's called stovetop clotted cream on a site called The View from Great Island. Let me know if it works for you, ok?

I usually try to make homemade ingredients, but on clotted cream I think I'd punt and buy a jar on Amazon.

I just went to her site and typed in the search for stove top clotted cream and the recipe came up just now for me. Not sure why it didn't for you tho.

I do wonder if she meant to use the non ultra pasteurized heavy cream, but the recipe just says heavy cream.

I just found another recipe on delightful repast dot com. Search for clotted cream, and she also has a stovetop method. On her site she explains that you can use any heavy cream, not just the

non ultra pasteurized!
