He slices red and yellow peppers (no bell peppers for me as digestive issues) browned ground beef, canned Italian tomatoes (garlic, seasonings already part of the canned tomatoes) rice, mozzarella cheese and chunked butternut squash.&amp;nbsp; He has also used turkey burger in place of ground beef on occasion.&amp;nbsp; Since I'm definitely not a cook, I'm not sure if anything else is included.&amp;nbsp; Bakes at 350 not sure how long.&amp;nbsp; It is delicious and one of my favorites.&amp;nbsp; We are having it tonight for dinner.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
