      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;This is a wonderful tasty rub for any type or cut of fresh pork.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I use this rub especially with the whole pork loin roast I do for New Year's Day.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Tonight we had it on a pork tenderloin.&amp;nbsp; Yum!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Herb Rub&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;(Betty Crocker 1970 Cookbook)&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;1 T Salt&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;1 T Garlic&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;1 T Marjoram&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;1 T Sage&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Rub the entire piece of pork before grilling, baking, or broiling.&amp;nbsp; (May need to mix more for large pieces.).&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I am not eating beef anymore because of my Type 1 diabetes of now 50 years.
