Great pie recipe made w/ a can (smaller can) of pumpkin and Eagle Brand milk. Mom made it all the time. So easy and sooooo delicious.

I was reading on a Facebook group I belong to, canned pumpkin is very hard to get, there is a pumpkin shortage.

Just read an article at Allrecipes that says there is no pumpkin shortage.

They planted pumpkin later this year due to the rain.

Said pumpkin will return to shelves over the next few weeks.

Now I can try more pumpkin recipes.
