      <title>BREAKFAST EGG SANDWICH</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;1 english muffin&lt;BR /&gt;2 slices cheese (cheddar, colby, swiss, etc)&lt;BR /&gt;2 tomato slices&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;2 avocado slices&lt;BR /&gt;1 egg&lt;BR /&gt;Drizzle of balsamic glaze&lt;BR /&gt;Chopped fresh basil for garnish&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Pre heat oven to 400.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Toast the english muffin until crispy in the toaster.&amp;nbsp; Put cheese slices on muffin and put into oven until cheese melts.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Place tomato slices on muffin halves, add avocado slices.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Cook egg (over easy or poached).&amp;nbsp; Place egg on half of muffin.&amp;nbsp; Drizzle glaze over both halves.&amp;nbsp; Garnish with chopped fresh basil.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;My neighbor gave me this idea and I have become a little obsessed&amp;nbsp;with it - I have had it for breakfast and dinner a few times.&amp;nbsp; I tried it with scrambled eggs so that you could pick it up and eat it but I did not like as well.&amp;nbsp; I have tried cheddar cheese and swiss - I prefer swiss.&amp;nbsp; The balsamic glaze you can make or purchase.&amp;nbsp; I use Nonna Pias's Balsamic Glaze - I think I got it at Trader Joe's.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I think I would do this with cheese, tomato, and avocado on one side only.&amp;nbsp; Then some egg that is semi hard cooked.&amp;nbsp; Then I could pick it up like a typical sandwich.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I'd make one for DH without the avocado.&amp;nbsp;Combo sounds nummy.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
