    <description>&lt;P&gt;I didn't use any marinade, and I usually do them on a panini grill. Last time I did that, they cooked a little too much, so I thought I'd broil them in the oven. Any ideas for seasonings that can be put on after? Any ideas at all on how to fix them? TIA!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
