    <description>&lt;P&gt;My second try...other post disappeared so if a duplicate please excuse.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;4 Chicken Beasts&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;16 Slices Bread (crust removed)&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;6 Eggs,3 Cups Milk, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 ts. dry mustard&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;For Topping:&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;3 Cups Dry Cereal,crushed&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1/2 Butter (1 stick)&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 Can "GOLDEN" Mushroom Soup&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Prepare 8 hrs. to 1 day ahead. Steam/boil chicken for1/2 hr. Cool, remove from bone. Cut crusts from bread and place 8 slices of bread in 13 x 9 pan. Arrange chicken on bread in the form of 8 sandwiches. Place 1 slice of cheese on each sandwich. Top with remaining 8 slices of bread.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Mix eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard with mixer/blender and pour over sandwiches to saturate. Cover and refrigerate 8 hrs. or longer.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Mix crushed cereal and melted butter. Sprinkle over sandwiches.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Bake at 350 for 1 hour uncovered.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Before serving, spoon Golden Mushroom Soup over each serving on individual plates.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;NOTE: DO NOT USE CREAM OF SOUP. Must be Golden Mushroom Soup!&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;This was always a hit and hope you enjoy!!!!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
