    <description>&lt;P&gt;This recipe originally came from my Pampered Chef lady, along with suggestions of all the tools you "need" to make this.  I figure if you got everything she listed, it would cost you about $300 to make this...and that's not counting ingredients!  &lt;IMG src="http://community.qvc.com/DesktopModules/ExactTarget/Controls/TextEditor/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img/scared.gif" alt="{#emotions_dlg.scared}" /&gt; &lt;IMG src="http://community.qvc.com/DesktopModules/ExactTarget/Controls/TextEditor/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img/laugh.gif" alt="{#emotions_dlg.laugh}" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Strawberry Bruschetta&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;SPAN style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;&lt;IMG class="spotlight" src="https://fbcdn-sphotos-d-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/1003476_541742302539938_1291728149_n.jpg" alt="/&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br/&amp;gt; &amp;lt;br/&amp;gt; INGREDIENTS:&amp;lt;br/&amp;gt; 20 slices French bread, cut 1/4 inch thick&amp;lt;br/&amp;gt; 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted&amp;lt;br/&amp;gt; 3 tablespoons granulated sugar&amp;lt;br/&amp;gt; 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon&amp;lt;br/&amp;gt; 1 lemon&amp;lt;br/&amp;gt; 1 container (8 ounces) cream cheese spread&amp;lt;br/&amp;gt; 1/4 cup powdered sugar&amp;lt;br/&amp;gt; 2 1/2 cups strawberries, hulled and coarsely chopped&amp;lt;br/&amp;gt; 1/3 cup toasted sliced almonds&amp;lt;br/&amp;gt; Additional powdered sugar (optional)&amp;lt;br/&amp;gt; &amp;lt;br/&amp;gt; DIRECTIONS:&amp;lt;br/&amp;gt; Preheat oven to 375°F. Slice bread; place bread slices on baking stone.&amp;lt;br/&amp;gt; &amp;lt;br/&amp;gt; Place butter in small bowl; microwave on HIGH 30-45 seconds or until melted.&amp;lt;br/&amp;gt; &amp;lt;br/&amp;gt; Brush butter over bread slices.&amp;lt;br/&amp;gt; &amp;lt;br/&amp;gt; Combine granulated sugar and cinnamon in Flour/Sugar/Shaker; sprinkle evenly over bread slices. Bake 12-14 minutes or until golden brown; remove baking stone from oven to cooling rack.&amp;lt;br/&amp;gt; &amp;lt;br/&amp;gt; Meanwhile, zest lemon to measure 1 teaspoon zest. Juice lemon to measure 2 teaspoons juice.&amp;lt;br/&amp;gt; &amp;lt;br/&amp;gt; In small bowl, whisk cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon zest and juice until smooth. Hull strawberries and coarsely chop.&amp;lt;br/&amp;gt; &amp;lt;br/&amp;gt; Using small scoop, scoop cream cheese mixture over bread slices; spread evenly. Place bread slices on platter; top with strawberries using Medium Scoop. Sprinkle bruschetta with almonds and powdered sugar, if desired.
