And here are 6 ripe bananas! It was one developed by a beloved poster,&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;"Ties"&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;for a contest, and she won!&amp;nbsp;I swear by its 'deliciousness'.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT face="Arial" size="4"&gt;Ties’ Sour Cream Banana Bread&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT face="Arial" size="4"&gt;1/4 c white sugar&lt;BR /&gt;1 t ground cinnamon&lt;BR /&gt;3/4 c butter&lt;BR /&gt;3 c white sugar&lt;BR /&gt;3 eggs&lt;BR /&gt;6 very ripe bananas, mashed&lt;BR /&gt;16 oz container sour cream&lt;BR /&gt;2 t vanilla extract&lt;BR /&gt;2 t ground cinnamon&lt;BR /&gt;1/2 t salt&lt;BR /&gt;3 t baking soda&lt;BR /&gt;4 1/2 c all-purpose flour&lt;BR /&gt;1 c chopped walnuts, opt&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Preheat oven to 300 deg F.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Grease four 7 x 3 inch loaf pans.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In a small bowl, stir together white sugar and cinnamon. Dust pans lightly with cinnamon and sugar mixture.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In a large bowl, cream butter and 3 cups sugar. Mix in eggs, mashed bananas, sour cream, vanilla and cinnamon. Mix in salt, baking soda and flour. Stir in nuts. Divide into prepared pans.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Bake for 1 hour, until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

I have been making a recipe I found online that you can make bread or muffins with it. It only makes 1 loaf. It's really good.
