This recipe comes from my DH's cousin - they were so good!

INDIAN SPICE NUTS

MIX 1 Tablespoon each of the following:

Curry Powder, cumin, Chili Powder, Cinnamon, Garlic Powder, Ground Ginger

PLUS 1/2 Tablespoon of Cayenne power (more if you like it hot!)

Use a medium size SS bowl - fill with Mixed Nuts, Cashews, Almonds & pistachios. I am not sure of the amount but should fill 2 or so gallon zip lock bags. Sprinkle the spice mixture on nuts and mix. Bake at least 2 hours in 350 degree oven. Stir every 15-30 minutes. Let it cook at room temperature for a day and then put in air tight containers.

Be forwarned your whole house will smell like indian spices for a week or so!
